CONTENT:

A.Purpose:
   With several decades of gear reducer repair experience，in order to reduce the damage of gear reducer，We researched and developed this greasy dirt and iron chippings adsorb installation (The design had been applied for patent，The patent No. : 098146355)

B.Introduction:
1.When the gear is operating, It is easy to result the impurities of greasy dirt and iron chipping particles. Without the specific installation design, It is difficult to know the amounts of the tiny dirt and iron chipping particles and remove them efficiently. Therefore, the bearings, oil seals, and gear elements will be easily destroyed and damaged after short time service.

2.The installation is adopted with internal magnetic spiral shell shaft and external
stainless steel tube, we embedded it into the bottom of the gear box. When the gear
reducer is operating, the greasy dirt and iron chipping particles can be adsorbed on the
surface of stainless steel tube and driven up accordingly，once the magnetism is departed
from the tube, the iron chipping particles will be fallen down on the magnetic slice and
easy to be clean up & removed from the magnetic slice. The advantage of this unique
installation is forced gear oil-purification and extended the gear and bearings service
durability. This function is the worldwide pioneer design.

C.Application:
1.This installation can be collocated with the disturbed blade and mixed with the gear oil more uniformly, thus clean up and filter more thicker impurities inside the gear box.

2.The gear box will not be opened and cleaned until the year maintenance or repair. With this specific adsorb installation, the tiny dirt and iron chipping particles can be removed from the gear box anytime and ensure the longer gear oil usage.

3.With this automatic clean up installation, we can decrease the tiny dirt and iron chipping particles which is precipitated at the bottom of the gear box, and minimize the breakdown rate of the gear box. This unique design is also met with environmental protective green product design concept.
