


A) Gear Box Structure:Besides the excellent heat dissipation performance, the output direction at the vertical & horizontal side can be selected by the customer’s request. This unique appearance design is the leader impression in Taiwan. Top-quality SKF or FAG bearings to be selected and input/output shafts incorporate with Japanese NOK oil seals, with seats being hard-chrome-plated treatment ensures the best quality.
B) The greasy dirt and iron chippings adsorb installation: We adopt the magnetic spiral shell shaft and embedded it into the bottom of the gear box. When the gear box is operating ,the greasy dirt and iron chippings can be driven up and adsorbed on the magnet slice. Therefore we can clean up the un-uniformed tiny iron particles through the magnet slice . The advantage of this unique installation is forced gear oil-purification and extended the gear and bearings service durability. This function is the worldwide pioneer design.
C) The uniformed gear oil distribution structure: We machined the input gear shaft into the specific worm type shaft, collocated with the specific designed worm type gear and disturbed blade for gear ratio optimization. The gear oil can be mixed and distributed uniformly when gear box is operating. The advantage of this structure design is to enhance the filtering and iron dirt removal functionality. This is the worldwide original design.
D) Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger:Exchange the cool water stream ensure the oil temperature reduction and reduce the energy consumption.
E) Magnet Filter:Use to filter the impurities generated from the gear oil and enhance the lubrication functionality.
F) Mechanical Pump:Driven by the gear shaft for oil circulation and flow rate adjustment.
G) Visible Valve:Check the gear oil mono flow rate.
H) Oil volume & temp. meter:Check the gear oil volume & temperature for maintenance.
I) Ventilation :Ventilate the internal oil pressure to smooth the oil circulation.
