INTRODUCTION :
Sun Lung Gear Works Co., Ltd designed the gear box base on the AGMA standard, we created the best transmission efficiency, low noise, high torque gear box structure by using the computer virtual simulation and stress analysis calculation of safety coefficient. Furthermore, we coordinated with the internal structure to design the most practical, beautiful, and easy maintenance mode. The output direction at the vertical & horizontal side can be selected by the customer’s request. Top-quality SKF or FAG bearings to be selected and input/output shafts incorporate with Japanese NOK oil seals, with seats being hard-chrome-plated treatment ensures the excellent quality. The operation noise, temperature and vibration is met with green product design.
FEATURES :
High strength gear box structure design, safety coefficient up to 1.8.
The precision of gear grinding up to D1N 1~3 grade, operation noise is kept below70dB.
Forced lubrication and built-in the cooling & filter system ensures excellent heat dissipation
Highest precision gear ensures minimum rotation vibration
Top-quality SKF or FAG bearings to be selected
Incorporated with Japanese NOK oil seals, with seats being special treatment ensures longer usage.
Inner walls are multi-layer painted to be oil-resistant.
